Charlie joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor in 2016 and qualified in the Commercial and Technology Disputes team in 2018. He has experience advising on commercial contract disputes, media disputes, data breaches and the misuse of confidential information and trade secrets.

Charlie has a particular expertise in advising on disputes with technical subject matter for clients in the technology, industrial markets and interactive entertainment sectors, ranging from small start-ups and developers to large global corporations and publishers in relation to software development projects, copyright infringement, IP licensing and contractual disputes.

Since qualifying in 2018, Charlie has worked on a range of cases across all stages of litigation in the High Court, including pre-action correspondence, early stage strategy, negotiations, mediations, and litigation, as well as on proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
