Louisa is a senior associate in the Commercial IP/IT Group. She specialises in transactions involving the development, exploitation and transfer of intellectual property rights, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector.

Louisa advises on a range of different commercial arrangements for life sciences clients, including research and development collaborations, industry/academia partnerships, patent and know-how licences and options, university spin-out arrangements and research services agreements.

She also advises on general commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements for the supply of goods and services as well as manufacturing, distribution, consultancy and other commercial agreements.

While at Bristows, Louisa has spent time seconded to pharmaceutical clients, working closely with their in-house legal and commercial teams.
