Chloe Dickson

Senior Associate

Chloe qualified into the IP Litigation department in 2016, having joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor in 2014.

Chloe has acted in patent disputes before the English Courts, including the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and also has experience coordinating patent litigation in other jurisdictions. As part of her degree, Chloe spent 12 months in the USA working in the R&D team (respiratory medicines) at a global healthcare company and, since qualifying, Chloe was seconded to the IP litigation team of a global pharmaceutical company.

Chloe also has experience in trade mark litigation and the enforcement of Community Plant Variety Rights.

During her training contract, as well as training in IP litigation, Chloe gained exposure to a number of other practice areas at Bristows including EU & competition, regulatory, commercial IP/IT and data protection. Chloe also spent three months on secondment to the in-house legal department of a leading internet services company where she assisted primarily with contentious matters.
