The first UPC actions

The UPC is finally open and the first cases have been filed.  The one that will be remembered for being the first action in the new system relates to the infringement of EP 3 375 337, entitled Sanitation Bath Tub Device! Perhaps more interestingly (at least to this author), is the revocation action filed a few hours later, relating to EP 3 666 797 - an Amgen patent to antigen binding proteins to PCSK9.
