These are just some of the ways we know the festive period is approaching, and now there’s one more… the build-up to, and release of, the Bristows UPC Review of the Year publication.
Over the next 12 days, we will release daily bite-sized videos that explore key aspects of UPC decisions and their implications, while unpacking complex legal developments in a way that’s accessible and informative. The series concludes with the launch of the publication, now in its second year.
