The UPC website now includes the final Rules of Procedure of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) in English, French and German. These entered into force on 1 September. They were adopted by the UPC’s Administrative Committee on 8 July 2022 (the changes to the previous 18th draft having been previously reported on here) and, having been subject to a final legal scrubbing process, have now been published in final form.
