Latest IPCom decision now on Bristows' FRAND Tracker

Further to my recent experience post on the Court of Appeal IPCom v Vodafone judgment (see here), the @BristowsLawFirm FRAND Tracker has been updated to include the case. 

The key issue was the availability of the crown use defence for SEP infringement. Although it was held to be unavailable in this case, the door has not been shut to the concept (presuming the Government authorises an infringement in future).
