The Twelve Days of UPC has launched!

This series will feature 12 daily videos released from 3 to 18 December, providing valuable insights into the first 18 months of decisions from the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Day 1 has kicked off with Florence Plisner discussing jurisdiction - available to watch here. 

Each day, we’ll dive into a different topic, exploring key aspects of UPC decisions and their implications. The series is designed to unpack complex legal developments in a way that’s accessible and informative for patent professionals, legal practitioners, and anyone with an interest in the UPC’s evolving jurisprudence.

At the end of the 12 days, all videos will be available on our UPC website.
