Designs laws consultation response delayed

Following the Prime Minister’s recent announcement to stand down as Labour Leader, the UKIPO has announced that one of the implications will be that the publication of the Government’s Response to the consultation on the UK’s design laws will now no longer be expected to be issued before the Autumn. It was originally expected in July 2026.
